RacingLoop is a company that offers motorsport consultancy services managed by professionals with more than 30 years of experience in motorsport.
The company is managed by a team of professionals with a lot of experience in many motorsport disciplines like: Road racing, Karting, Ice racing, Motocross, Enduro, Autocross, 4x4, Supermoto, Truck racing, Rallies, Dirt track, among other fields, as well as circuit management.
We have organized more than 400 sport events in different circuits, most of them together as a team. We can highlight 13 MotoGP events (3 of them winning the Best Gran Prix Organization award), 10 World Superbike Championship rounds, 9 World Series by Renault, 20 GSeries races on ice, 4 Karting International CIK-FIA races, 2 European Autocross Championship, 1 Supermoto of Nations, among many others.

BIO: He studied a Business & Marketing masters degree in Spain and Italy, starting his career as e-Marketing Manager of adidas Spain and Portugal, when he was 24 years old. Because of his passion for motorsports, after 3 years he moved to the MotorLand Aragón circuit as Marketing and Communications Manager, having organized more than 250 motorsport top class events in 11 years. During this period, MotorLand received the Best Media Organization award of the Superbike World Championship and three MotoGP Best Grand Prix awards.



Pau Soler

BIO: He studied a Degree in Tourism and he has gathered experience over the last 15 years organizing F1, MotoGP and Superbike races among other important events at the racetracks of Qatar, Barcelona, Navarra and MotorLand Aragón. He has also been involved in Dorna working at MotoGP in the timekeeping team and travelling to all racetracks of the championship during two seasons (1999 and 2000). That experience gives him an overall point of view of all race track setups and different organizations in the different parts of the world. He owns a driving school in Spain, and organizes driving events and international presentations for the main car manufacturers and companies such as Porsche, Volkswagen, Michelin, Toyota, Mercedes, etc.

BIO: Javier studied Chemical Engineering in Spain, starting his career as manager in an important construction company. Since 2002 he has been a road racing rider for more than 10 years. He has also been track marshal, and technical scrutineer in several races. He was Manager of a Racing school organizing courses in many circuits around Spain for three years. Afterwards he started working in MotorLand Aragón as Exploitation and Paddock Manager, having organized more than 250 motorsport top class events in more than 9 years. During this period, MotorLand received three MotoGP Best Grand Prix awards.

BIO: Juan Carlos has always been linked to motorsport throughout his life. Member of the Automóvil Club Circuito Guadalope since 2000, he has worked in the organization of all kinds of races and management of racetracks.
He began as track marshal, then pit lane marshal and recovery marshal. Later he obtained technical scrutineering licenses, becoming chief scrutineering marshal during some Moto student and Moto GP events.
After these experiences he joined the Explotation department in Motor Land Aragón where he got more experience in the management of racetracks. There he worked as Operations manager, Paddock manager and Security paddock manager in more of 100 events until 2021, when he joined RacingLoop team.



Gerardo Villarroya

BIO: Gerardo studied Civil Engineering in Spain and Chile, starting his career with several projects in France, Spain, Ireland and the UK.
Since 2018 he has worked in road construction and circuit design and remodelling, being involved in projects like KymiRing (Finland), Sokol (Kazakhstan) or Pas de la Casa (Andorra), among others. He has worked in the track designs, as well as the complex development and surroundings of the circuits.
He is a classic car and sport events enthusiastic, having behind him the organization of dozens of climbing events, his other passion.



Susana Ariño
Sports Area Manager

BIO: She studied a Degree in Tourism and an MBA in Organization and Management of Sporting Events. She started her early career in motorsports in MotorLand Aragón in 2006 while she was still in University. She worked in MotorLand for 7 years as Sports Area Coordinator, having organized more than 250 motorsport top class events. During this period, MotorLand received three best MotoGP Grand Prix awards. Having car racing and motorcycling international grade official licenses and FIM super license, she has been appointed as steward and secretary of the meeting for several motorsport events all over the world.



David Sarró
Public Areas Manager

BIO: He studied a masters degree in law, but since he was young he has been linked to motorsport and the organization of different sport events, like: Formula Campari, Vuelta a España (Ferrari Club Spain), 25th Anniv. Ferrari GTO, 25th Anniv. Ferrari F40, Martini Legends Barcelona, Espíritu de Montjuic or Rally de España WRC. He is also Marshal in the National ASN since 2008 and steward in the National ASN since 2010, and worked in MotorLand in public areas organization for 8 years, 5 of them as head of the area. During this period, MotorLand received three MotoGP Best Grand Prix awards. In addition, he is working since 2001 with the promoters of the FIA European Truck Racing Championship.

BIO: She studied a higher education certificate of Interior Design and started working in a construction company, being in charge of construction material sales. Since 2008, she has got official licenses of national degree of car racing and motorcycling. She started her early career in motorsport in 2009, at MotorLand Aragon circuit. She worked there for 10 years, being responsible of a group of more than 400 marshals and also of the regular sporting staff for the daily activities. During this period, she was part of the organisation of more than 300 events, such as karting, motocross, supermoto, autocross, car and motorcycling circuit racing competitions and the different international events such as World Superbikes and MotoGP. During this period, MotorLand received three MotoGP Best Grand Prix awards.
She also organised training courses for car racing and motorcycling officials.

BIO: Juan Carlos has always been linked to motorsport throughout his life. Member of the Automóvil Club Circuito Guadalope since 2000, he has worked in the organization of all kinds of races and management of racetracks.
