- All aspects related to the management of a circuit, once construction is finished.
- Implementation of a Strategic Plan.
- Human resources and coordination of different departments.
- Specific staff & professional training for all departments & areas (both for events and day by day activity).
- Contact with race promoters, riders, drivers and Federations.
Race management
- Coordination of all activities happening in the track and Race Control management.
- Dealing with sporting regulations and federations.
Sports Area & Marshals
- Coordination and recruitment of all marshals.
- Preparation of all necessary equipment.
Motorsport medical services
- Coordination of medical services in the track, public areas, paddock and medical centre of a circuit.
- Regulations and equipment in the circuit’s medical centre.
Exploitation & commercial
- Track rental management and control of all activities with clients.
- Paddock management.
Marketing
- Circuit brand image, graphic design control, Ticketing, Circuit protocol and PR.
- Promotion and advertising of all activities of the circuit.
Media communications
- Implementation and execution of a Communications plan.
- Management of media centre and relationships with the media.
Parking areas and traffic management
- Control of all traffic flows coming in and out of the circuit, specially during events.
- Preparation and management of parking areas.
Circuit Security
- Coordination of all security points and accesses of the circuit.
- Control of personal and vehicle passes.
Public areas management
- Coordination and control of all aspects related to grandstands.
- Planning of all necessary materials and dealing with suppliers.
Maintenance & Operations
- Maintenance of the facilities and necessary works for that (electricity, electronics, IT, painting, HVAC, cleaning, gardening, etc).
- Technical office (drawings of the circuit).
